farmers market

Whew!  Getting ready for a farmers market takes work.  We are going to the farmers market in Fremont, Ne to try to sell some of our things.  It's not a huge one and only runs for the morning on Saturdays by The First Natl Bank on Military St.   Right now the main products are jelly's, baked goods and eggs.  There are also some plants and herbs for sale, quilts, a small amount of jewelry and last but not least the salsa sauce lady!  She makes several different styles of salsa's and makes her own chips.  I bought her last tub last Saturday.   When you sell all your product I guess you can go home for the day and get ready for the next week.   Our products, of course, are hair accessories this week.  Talitha is showing some of her new designs and creations.  I've been helping with pressing and pinning and cutting things out.  She is doing the sewing, glueing and presentations.   Maybe next week I will be able to add some of my skirts to the mix.  Anyway, here are some of our items. Several  of these we will be able to make more of , so if you see something that you would like, send us a post and we'll do our best to make one for you.

  1. That sounds like fun! Are the headbands large enough for an adult?
